This package is the ideal option for the couple who has already completed portions of their planning. The package is designed to allow couples to have a hands-on role in their planning along with professional assistance along the way.

 

This package includes the following:

• Planning begins approximately 6-8 months prior to wedding date

• Unlimited communication via email, phone, text or Skype/Zoom

• One initial consultation to discuss details

• Three meetings to discuss all aspects of the wedding day

• Assist with finalizing the design/theme

• Provide vendor recommendations that fit your budget

• Create a floor plan for reception

• Assist with selection of favors

• Arrange block rooms for out-of-town guests

• Comprehensive checklist for the last month before your wedding

• Create custom detailed timeline

• Communication with all vendors for final schedules and confirmation prior to wedding

• Walk through the ceremony and reception sites to coordinate details prior to wedding

• Email communication to bridal party with wedding timeline and details

• Coordinate wedding rehearsal

• On-site coordination for the ceremony and reception for up to for 12 hours

• Main point of contact for any questions or concerns on wedding day

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating

• Set-up personal wedding décor (i.e. welcome sign, guest book, cake server set, toasting flutes, etc.)

• Handle any last-minute emergencies

• Access to wedding day emergency kit

• Distribute final vendor payments/tips
